These terms govern your use of the serpctrl.lv and serpctrl.com websites (the "site"). By visiting the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Client work

These terms apply only to your use of the site itself. Actual consulting, development, and marketing services are governed by a separate agreement between SerpCtrl and each client. Browsing the site does not by itself create a contractual relationship.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, articles, images, design, code — belongs to SerpCtrl or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with proper attribution, but you may not reproduce material commercially without our written permission.

Free tools

SerpCtrl may from time to time offer free tools (such as the SEO extension, the desktop crawler, or the Panic Tower simulator). These are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based solely on output from these tools.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SerpCtrl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes arising from use of the site are resolved in the courts of Rīga.
