SerpControl: Browser-Native SEO Toolkit
This extension replaces multiple single-purpose browser plugins. It executes entirely locally, meaning data never leaves the active tab. The core difference from standard extensions is the output: every flagged issue includes a specific, copy-paste action line rather than a generic documentation link.
Core Capabilities
- LLM Visibility Tester: Compares raw HTML to the rendered DOM to identify content that relies on JavaScript. It flags empty SPA roots and paywalls that AI models (which do not execute JS) cannot read.
- AI Bot Shield: Evaluates the site's robots.txt against 15 specific AI and SEO crawlers (e.g., GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Bytespider). Unprotected bots are flagged alongside the exact Disallow snippet needed for compliance.
- Schema Validator: Parses JSON-LD directly from the page. It maps errors to exact fixes, such as correcting number formats in price properties or inserting missing schema.org URLs.
- Page Audit Engine: Generates a severity-weighted score across 9 sections, including Meta, Social, Headings, Content, Images, Links, Schema, Technical, and Robots.txt.
- Link Map & Headings: Aggregates internal and external links with status codes, and generates a clickable H1-H6 outline that scrolls to the target on the page.
Deployment: The Ultra version, which includes all 8 tools, is available as a lifetime release, free for the first 500 downloads.
SERPCTRL // Crawler: Uncapped Desktop App
Most desktop crawlers lock basic utility - like exceeding a 500-URL limit or extracting structured data - behind annual licenses. SERPCTRL // Crawler is an offline desktop application built in Python, designed to output the exact XLSX format operators pivot in Excel daily, without artificial constraints.
